Most of the dishes are prepared from imported ingredients, and yet virtually handmade in the shop. Authentic American and Mexican Delicacies The operator has learnt how to prepare Mexican homemade food from a Mexican friend in the United States. He later introduced the American and Mexican cuisine recipe back to Taiwan and further made a slight adjustment.
